Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Fuller! Hannah and Ethan’s black and white winter wedding was a dream. In Texas, a January wedding can bring a multitude of seasons. On this particular day, we had a lot of sunshine and beautiful calm temperatures mostly in the sixties. A true blessing.
Natalie + Tate Wedding
What a whirlwind of a day! Tate and Natalie’s wedding in Goliad, Texas was a beautiful event. To capture it all, we went from the square in downtown Goliad, a family ranch, a church in Meyersville and then back to the town for the party.
I loved their choice of succulents for the florals–simple, but making a big impact! The black, gold and white theme for the reception was also beautifully executed. The space was warm and moody with all of the candles flickering on the tables as the lights were dimmed for the dancing. They put on the best party complete with light up cowboy hats and glow sticks.
Micaela + Jeremy Wedding
I’ve photographed at Gruene Estate for every season and fall may have just won my heart. Jeremy and Micaela’s wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve photographed. Not only did we have an epic sunset, but their colors fused perfectly with the venue. All of the details were on point –and, don’t even get me started on Micaela’s dress. Sarah + Coleton Wedding
Sarah and Coleton put together a gorgeous navy and lavender wedding at the Geronimo Oaks Wedding and Event venue. There were so many special little moments but one of my favorites was during their first look. Sarah pulled a fast one on Coleton surprising him with a dress that he didn’t know about –and he was genuinely shocked. When I say that their first look was the cutest ever – it really was! Coleton’s surprised reaction is one I’ll always remember.
Kaitlin + John Thomas Wedding
Kaitlin and John’s wedding at The Milestone’s Legacy Hall in New Braunfels was a beautiful and joy filled event. We had a lot of fun and by the end of the night, I felt like I was a part of the family. I am truly blessed to work with the most amazing, laid-back couples!
Kimberly + Brian Wedding
Kimberly and Brian put together one heck of a party at Gruene Estate! This one had so many special details making the day truly their own. The blush, cream, and gray color palette meshed so perfectly with the property that near sunset, we even had cotton candy clouds to match. From the gorgeous florals, to succulent place markers, Brian’s signature Vans, Kimberly’s breathtaking dress (and so much more), this one was a joy to capture.

When I describe my perfect couple, Katie and Hunter fit ALL the criteria! Fun, easy going, sweet and ready for anything. Photographing their wedding was a complete joy. Yes, we battled 100 degree temperatures, but we mainly had shade and a breeze just when we needed it. I could not have asked for a more fun group of people to capture.

I loved celebrating with Jennifer and Robert out on the gorgeous grounds of the Gardens of Cranesbury View. Their lilac theme was the perfect accent for a sunny spring day. Though we had some wind, it wasn’t unbearable and we had the most dreamy sunset.

Paige + Newell Wedding
Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Bentley!! Paige and Newell had a beautiful wedding at the Gruene Estate Wedding and Event Venue. After a VERY windy and crazy Saturday, their wedding the next day turned out to be picturesque with calm skies and a dreamy sunset. Surrounded mainly by family, the couple had an intimate ceremony under the iconic open air chapel and directly following, their guests headed to the reception area for cocktail hour while I was able to take portraits leading up to sunset. Weddings here are quickly becoming my favorite due to the close proximity of everything and amazing light. I couldn’t be happier to get the opportunity to share these special moments with the sweetest people.

What a day at the CW Hill Country Ranch in Boerne, Texas! It started out as a gloomy, windy and rainy day. Then…a few hours before the ceremony, the skies cleared up and we were blessed with a gorgeous (albeit cold) sunset. Miranda and Jason were a joy to photograph and they had a lively group of family and friends surrounding them for a great party. Everything was perfect. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Ralston!!

Amy and Kris’ wedding at The Club at Garden Ridge was a beautiful event bringing two families together. The day was accented with greenery, blush pink and of course navy and blue to tie in the couple’s love for the Air Force.
My favorite part of the day was that I didn’t have to pose Amy or Kris at all. They were all about snuggling up and sneaking in a few kisses during their sunset portrait time.
Anna + Luke Wedding
Anna and Luke were married under the historic open air chapel at the always stunning Gruene Estate. It was a VERY hot July afternoon — but, other than the heat, it was simply perfection. Everything was vibrant and full of love. Their green and coral details were accented in the most amazing way with the gorgeous florals designed by Bluemen Meisters. Anna’s Bridals
Another stunning and sweet bride. How do I get so lucky!?! Anna traveled to her wedding venue, Gruene Estate, to capture her bridal portraits. This session was all about beautiful pops of color. From her out of this world bouquet to her crystal clear blue eyes and the saturated tints on the stained glass windows of the chapel, it was a vibrant and fun-filled evening. Amy + Scott Wedding
Amy and Scott were married at the Rio Cibilo Ranch in Marion, Texas. All of the festivities took place on the property with the ceremony outdoors facing the creek and the reception following under the cover party area. It was a really fun event to photograph. Special traditions such as the Grand March and the Dajcie Dajcie were a great way to get every up and moving and involved in the celebration. From start to finish, it was a day filled with a few tears (happy ones of course) and lots of love and laughter. The looks between Amy and Scott would absolutely melt your heart. I always have my couples do poses where they smile into each others eyes–and with these two, they couldn’t stop sneaking looks even during the family photos. I loved every second of it! Even better, you could just feel the collective happiness all around. The joining of these two super sweet families was great to witness.

I love weddings out at the Western Sky Wedding and Event venue in Bulverde, Texas. So far, I’ve been blessed with the best couples who have booked their special days there. Hannah and Leelynn were no exception. Their wedding was full of love and laughter as they were surrounded by an amazing group of family and friends.
