Michael and Tiffany’s wedding was a nail biter due to the fact that up until hours before the outdoor ceremony was slated to take place, we didn’t know whether or not if it would rain! The forecast was bleak for most of the week, but when the day finally arrived, we were blessed with a sunny (albeit humid) afternoon.

Madeline Bridal
Yet again, the Polley Mansion never disappoints! I’m so glad to finally share these images from Madeline’s bridal session from back in February! It was a little chilly this morning, but we had beautiful bright light to work with. Her handmade flower crown and bouquet were the perfect accents to the gorgeous textures found inside the property dating back to 1847.
Keaton + Chelsea Wedding
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. King! Keaton and Chelsea were married at the Grace Bible Church in La Vernia, Texas on May 4, 2019 followed by a reception at the LV C of C Hall.. It was a day full of laughter and smiles. I can truly say I loved every minute of this wedding in my hometown. Not only were both Chelsea and Keaton a joy to work with, but they had some amazing family and friends surrounding them as well.
Trentin + Chelsea Wedding
The Eagle Dancer Ranch is probably one of the most beautiful wedding locations I’ve photographed. With a history dating back to the 1800s, the ranch is located in the breathtaking Sisterdale valley north of Boerne, Texas.
Justin + Erica Wedding
We had grey skies all morning but not a drop fell on us during the outdoor ceremony with a GORGEOUS cascading Texas Hill Country view. The reception area was also conveniently located right there onsite I loved how one side was open to the beautiful landscape while still being covered overhead. It was a fun night with good food, laughter and lots of dancing.
Alan + Megan Wedding
I’ve been able to photograph Alan and Megan now for several years. I was blessed to be there to photograph Alan’s surprise proposal, their engagements and several family sessions — but my favorite by far was their intimate wedding ceremony under the trees at sunset! It was a beautiful fall day and the simplicity of the hay bails arranged under the trees at the La Vernia C of C Hall was absolutely perfect for their ceremony. Everything was timed just right so the sunset became a gorgeous backdrop to the entire event as Alan and Megan spoke their vows and were pronounced man and wife.
Nic + Katie
Nic and Katie’s wedding hosted at the beautiful Gruene Estate was such a fun wedding. The property is absolutely breathtaking with access to an open air chapel that is walking distance to the party barn. They even had convenient houses nearby for the wedding party to get ready. We were blessed with a beautiful day lacking any rain or thunderstorms. With two individuals so laid back and sweet such as Nic and Katie, I knew it would be a great evening. Katie even walked down the aisle barefoot! From special touches like her father’s hat, blue diamonds and delicious cupcakes, this was definitely one wedding to remember. Everyone had a blast dancing well into the evening leading up to the couple’s departure in an amazing Corvette. Scroll down to see a sampling from Nic and Katie’s special day. There is a lot to see, so keep scrolling!
Ryan + Mary Catherine
Ryan and Mary Catherine’s ceremony was held at the Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in LaCoste, Texas —which was beautiful both inside and out. With a yellow and royal blue color scheme with accompanying Lego accents, you couldn’t help but feel bright and cheery all day long. The amount of love and affection towards the couple from both sides was palpable. Family and friends assisted with the decorations, baking and clean up throughout the night turning the hall on the church property a great place to host the reception. A great band, lots of laughter and dancing made it one to remember for sure.
Cody + Caitlin
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Vogt! Not only was this wedding a fun event to photograph, the details of this wedding were ABSOLUTELY stunning. The Branded T Ranch in Kendalia, Texas was the perfect venue to host Caitlin and Cody’s ceremony and reception. The southwestern theme including neutral undertones accented with pops of orange, turquoise and green was seamlessly and thoughtfully integrated throughout every aspect of the evening. Everywhere one could look, there was something more alluring to see. Feathers, succulents, cactus, antlers, geodes, jaw-dropping floral arrangements…need I say more?!? Beautiful styling aside, this really was a FUN wedding. Cody and Caitlin were so incredibly sweet and great to work with. There was never a dull moment and the dancing went well into the night–all the way up to the couple’s unique exit where family and friends showered them with fresh lavender. It was a messy, albeit very pleasant smelling, exit! Scroll down below to see a sampling from the images we captured that day. There is a lot to see!
Caitlin Bridals
I was so excited when Caitlin told me she’d like to take her bridal portraits at the Polley Mansion near Sutherland Springs, Texas. This historical gem dating back to 1847 is actually located just miles from my hometown. With the original 18″ stone walls still intact, every room in the two story house tell a story. And don’t get me started on the beautiful textures!
Ryan + Chelsea
I’ve know Chelsea for quite some time and when she asked me to photograph her wedding, I was more than happy to capture this amazing milestone for her. Held at the Granberry Hills Event Facility in San Antonio, Texas, on Friday, July 20, 2018, Ryan and Chelsea’s wedding was picture perfect.
Ronnie Joe + Sarah
Ronnie and Sarah were surrounded by a great group of family and friends for their wedding on February 10, 2018 at the Geronimo Oaks Wedding & Events venue in Seguin, Texas. With an outdoor ceremony in February, you never know what the weather may do; however, we were blessed with no rain (even if it was a bit cold). Ronnie and Sarah were troopers and toughed it out long enough for us to get some stunning portraits. As you scroll down through the day, you can see they were all smiles. From the ceremony, portraits, first dance and beyond, you can feel the joy in each image. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Beck and here’s to many more years of happiness!
Garth + Jessica
Garth and Jessica’s wedding at Branded T Ranch in Kendalia, Texas was a charming wedding to photograph. Take an easy going bride and groom, insert a fun wedding party, beautiful location and great vendors — and you have a recipe for the perfect day. Texas weather being what it is, we weren’t sure that an outdoor ceremony would be possible; however, the sun graced us with it’s presence long enough to make it all possible. Scroll down through the images below to see more of Mr. and Mrs Rodgers on their special day!
Ray + Randi
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Hardin. Let me just say, this was a fun wedding to photograph! Not only was the venue great, but we had beautiful light and everyone was a blast to work with. There is a lot to scroll through here, but I’d make it to the bottom of the post if you can. When the groomsman plan a surprise consisting of a coordinated dance to Despacito in honor of the bride, you just have to take a ton of pictures–and the expressions on Randi’s face are priceless!
Randi’s Bridal
Bridal sessions are one of my favorites because they give every bride the opportunity to dress up and take beautiful portraits without the stress of the big day. Randi drove down with her daughter, mom and maid of honor to the Seguin area for her bridal session. We had a relaxing afternoon walking around and searching for beautiful light. Scroll down to see a sampling of what we captured!
Kenny + Juliann
I had the pleasure of working with Kenny and Juliann to take a few extra portraits to commemorate their wedding. Often, it’s hard to carve out the time to get great portraits of the bride and groom on the wedding day due to a jammed packed itinerary, timing and the necessity of also getting the family portraits. Scheduling a session after the wedding is sometimes the way to go! This was great because we were able to relax and focus on just the two of them. We had to work against the wind a bit, but in the end the lighting was beautiful.
Zac + Caitlin
It was so much fun shooting Zac and Caitlin’s wedding. They held their ceremony and reception at the Garden Heights Wedding and Events venue in San Antonio, TX. Lead by the father of the groom, the ceremony was heartfelt and absolutely beautiful. The little white chapel was the perfect setting for Zac and Caitlin to share their personal vows with one another. After a quick round of family portraits, the party started in the reception area. This was one of my favorite receptions to date because you could tell how much fun everyone was having – and actually dancing!
Mitch + Jen
Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Winchester! Mitch and Jen were joined together in marriage at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hondo, TX on January 21, 2017. The reception followed at the Medina County Fair Hall and it was a much enjoyed party by all. Delicious food, sweet treats, good drinks and great dancing made it a party to remember.
Jennifer Bridal
I’m so glad that I can finally share some of the bridals taken before Jennifer became Mrs. Winchester! It was overcast the afternoon we took them, but we managed to take advantage of a few rays of sun that peeked through here and there.
2016 Year at a Glance
Wow! As a busy mom and wife it’s hard to imagine how it was possible to have had so many great sessions this past year. As many of you know, photography isn’t my full time gig, but it is my love, passion and all consuming hobby. In 2016, I was very fortunate to have a broad spectrum of clients and occasions. From newborns, maternity, extended families, high school seniors, engagements/weddings, prom and more, I met so many awesome people and started getting more repeat clients coming back to me for the second and third year in a row. I feel really blessed to be able to have this outlet for my creativity and that so many have trusted me to capture these special moments.
