2016 Year at a Glance

Wow! As a busy mom and wife it’s hard to imagine how it was possible to have had so many great sessions this past year. As many of you know, photography isn’t my full time gig, but it is my love, passion and all consuming hobby. In 2016, I was very fortunate to have a broad spectrum of clients and occasions. From newborns, maternity, extended families, high school seniors, engagements/weddings, prom and more, I met so many awesome people and started getting more repeat clients coming back to me for the second and third year in a row. I feel really blessed to be able to have this outlet for my creativity and that so many have trusted me to capture these special moments.

Rilie’s Cake Smash

This sweet little girl is my niece! I can’t believe that we were doing her newborn photos around this time last year. Time goes by way too fast. She’s gotten so big and has even been walking for some time already.

Delaney

Miss Delaney Rose is one! This sweet girl is my niece and I was able to travel to Ft. Worth this weekend for her birthday. We had the hardest time getting her to smile with her big serious eyes– but in the end, we were able to capture some precious expressions. And, boy can this girl eat some cake! She must be a Barton for sure 😉

Easton

This was the perfect late summer family session. We had great light and this family is great to work with. Easton is such a cutie!

Hunter & Sydney

Each year, I take pictures between Hunter and Sydney’s birthday (they are three years and three weeks apart). This year, Hunter is turning 7 and Sydney 4. I can’t believe how old they look! I’m sure I’ll be saying this again every year, but it’s amazing to see how fast they are growing and changing.

Sloane Turns One

I’m so glad I got to see Miss Sloane again for her first birthday! I met her and her parents out in New Braunfels one morning for a cake smash by the lake. How cute is she! Sloane did great even though it was a bit chilly that morning. She HATED the cake, but we still got some sweet shots anyway.

Rease

I met Rease this year when we took her family Christmas pictures and this spring, we were able to take these shots for her second birthday. Oh my gosh. She is the cutest little thing! And, those props! I love the circus theme for a birthday party 🙂
