We had to reschedule the Hajovsky family session for Thanksgiving week due to a cold windy morning — and I’m so glad we did! Instead of a morning session, we waited for sunset and we were rewarded with beautiful light. With plenty of room to move around, the boys did great and we were able to capture some happy smiles.

Martin Extended Family
I had the pleasure of photographing four generations during one of my work trips to East Texas this fall. I love these fall sessions and how the sun lights up the trees in the late afternoon. This was also my first session of the season after the time change so we were definitely chasing the light.
McGowin Family
I met the McGowin family at the Blue Star Complex in San Antonio for their family pictures this October. I’m not sure how I’m so lucky to continuously get to work with great families, but the McGowin’s were no different! They did great and our session flew by in no time.
Koepp Family
When you hear ‘family session with three boys’ you never really know what to expect; however, I was MORE than pleasantly surprised when I met the Koepp family. The boys were awesome and we had such a great time!
Jaclyn Maternity
Jacklyn was simply glowing when we took her maternity photos. I love the simple colors and natural feel they had against our backgrounds – especially under the trees and near the water. The boys did great as well. Weston was full of energy and kept dad very busy, but we were able to sneak in a few great family shots.
Mykie & Family
I love the light we had during the family session for Carla, Sean and Mykie. Everything was glowing under the big pecan trees that evening. Miss Mykie was adorable had had the sassy personality to match!
Smith Family
I met the Smith family in Gruene for this fall session and it never disappoints. Matthew and Katelyn did great posing for their pictures. Coincidentally, they are actually the exact same ages as my kiddos!
Jonas Family
October is one of my favorite months for pictures. I love these morning sessions with the sun coming in from behind the trees. The Jonas family did really great for Hayden’s one year session. Mr. Hayden has a devilish little grin that is so cute! He may be a heartbreaker one day 🙂
Michelle Maternity
I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and Gary a few weeks ago and then again this week for a few epic sunset shots. I love how their silhouettes turned out! I’m thrilled for this sweet couple as they only have a few weeks left until they meet their baby boy, Dawson.

I’m so glad we did an outdoor sunset session for Kaden’s one year photos. This little cowboy was in a serious mood, but we still got some cute shots in between stepping through stickers and fire ants!
Hunter & Sydney
Each year, I take pictures between Hunter and Sydney’s birthday (they are three years and three weeks apart). This year, Hunter is turning 7 and Sydney 4. I can’t believe how old they look! I’m sure I’ll be saying this again every year, but it’s amazing to see how fast they are growing and changing.

Sloane Turns One
I’m so glad I got to see Miss Sloane again for her first birthday! I met her and her parents out in New Braunfels one morning for a cake smash by the lake. How cute is she! Sloane did great even though it was a bit chilly that morning. She HATED the cake, but we still got some sweet shots anyway.
Michalak Maternity
I loved meeting Janna and her family (soon to be plus one!). I always say this, but I truly get the best people scheduling photo sessions with me. For this one, I met her out at the Landa Branch Library near Trinity University.
Rease
I met Rease this year when we took her family Christmas pictures and this spring, we were able to take these shots for her second birthday. Oh my gosh. She is the cutest little thing! And, those props! I love the circus theme for a birthday party 🙂
